9. Celebrate the 25th of May
This date is one of the most special among the national holidays. You will find gastronomic fairs with typical food: empanadas, locro and pastries and many of the buildings related to the 25th of May, such as the Cabildo, organize guided visits and tours for that date.
In addition, that day is a holiday and even if it does not fall on a long weekend, it is always a great opportunity to plan, even if it is just a short getaway near Buenos Aires.
