One of the largest gastronomic fairs and organized by the group A.C.E.L.G.A (Asociación de Cocineros y Empresarios Ligados a la Gastronomía Argentina), Masticar brings together renowned chefs, producers and food stalls that promote the consumption of local and fresh products.

2. Buenos Aires Market Fair
It is one of the gastronomic fairs in Buenos Aires specialized in organic and healthy food. It is itinerant so you will find it every weekend in a different square of the city. Deacubró a variety of products, from fruits and vegetables to gourmet foods such as breads, cheeses and sweets.

3. Mataderos Fair
Traditional fair that combines gastronomy and culture in the neighborhood of Mataderos. In this fair you will find typical Argentine food, such as empanadas, locro and asado, as well as folkloric shows and handicrafts.

4. Le Marché

It usually has two locations, the square in front of the French Embassy or Plaza Francia in Recoleta.

5. Feria y Festival Carne!
This is a festival dedicated to the grill and everything that can be cooked on it, although there are also vegan and vegetarian dishes. It is ideal to spend the weekend with family or friends at the Palermo Hippodrome.

6. Open Mouths

This is one of the gastronomic fairs of Buenos Aires that takes place at the Faculty of Agronomy of the UBA. It promotes direct trade between producers and consumers, and offers fresh, artisanal and quality products at fair prices.

8. Flavors of Buenos Aires
This 2024 is the first edition of this fair that brings together bodegones, specialty cafes, ice cream parlors, and restaurants. More than 40 gastronomic stands in Parque Thays.

This is a fair at La Rural de Palermo that brings together producers from all regions of Argentina to offer their local products. You can find from cheeses and wines to sweets and spices, in an experience that highlights the gastronomic diversity and gives you the opportunity to meet products from all over the country in one place.

10. Sabe la Tierra Fair
This is one of the gastronomic fairs in Buenos Aires that promotes a sustainable lifestyle, offering organic, agroecological and fair trade products. It includes natural food, clothing and cosmetics.

11. Eat and Read Fair
The Comer y Leer fair combines the passion for gastronomy with literature. Comer y Leer brings together chefs, writers and readers in a space where you can enjoy exquisite dishes while participating in talks, workshops and activities related to gastronomic culture and writing.

12. Buenos Aires Celebrates
