On April 4 and 5, milanesa lovers have an unmissable event at the Palermo Racetrack, in a new edition of the Milanesa Festival. Surround yourself with what you love most outdoors and enjoy this quintessentially Argentine delicacy with free admission.
A festival for milanesa fans at the Palermo Racetrack
Over two days, the Milanesa Festival brings you more than 35 stands and food trucks with an incredible variety of milanesas, from classic neighborhood tavern versions to the most gourmet options.
Don’t be intimidated by the more than 100 types of milanesas, with options for every taste: from milangas made with entraña, peceto, matambre, tapa de asado, and bife de chorizo, to innovative versions like smoked milanesa, milanesa alla parmigiana, or milanesa alla fugazzeta.
The most curious palates will discover international milanesas, such as Tex-Mex, and classic Argentine varieties, like the Neapolitan or “a caballo.” Have you ever tried the one with caramelized onions, the Maryland style?
Of course, there will be plenty of french fries, wines from local wineries, craft beers, and a varied selection of cocktails.
The Milanesa Festival is the perfect outdoor event in Buenos Aires. Mark your calendar for the Palermo Racetrack —admission is free. Buenos Aires is adding a new food fair—don’t miss it!
