This 2025 a new Semana Santa and a long weekend in Buenos Aires are coming . If you have children, that means more time to enjoy them, but also more activities to entertain them. From April 17 to 21, Buenos Aires will be full of two things: Easter eggs and activities prepared especially for them. We leave you a list of activities to better enjoy, and without spending too much, your Easter week with children.
1. Visit the Easter Park
Easter Week 2025 is starting and, if you want to enjoy the outdoors and share a good plan with the kids, you can’t miss the Easter Park that opens its doors from April 12 in Plaza Seeber, in the heart of Palermo. This Buenos Aires square becomes during Easter an ideal place to play, learn and have fun. Each day will offer creative workshops for children, playful proposals and live music shows.
Among the activities, cold porcelain and stencil workshops stand out, as well as shows with artists dedicated to children. Once again, the place chosen is Seeber Square, located very close to the Rosedal and the Palermo Woods, the same venue as last year. A visit to this park is a must during an Easter Week with children.
📍Av. del Libertador 4096. From 10 am to 7 pm. Free admission.
2. Take them to fly with Gregorio Imaginario
A great alternative to share with the kids during Easter is Gregorio Imaginario, a play that mixes aerial acrobatics, theater and humor with a lot of imagination. At the center of this story is Amanda, a little girl who, bored, decides to invent a friend who comes from the moon. Together with Gregorio, Amanda and Amanda discover the power of fantasy.
Gregorio Imaginario is perfect if you are looking for Easter plans with children. It is recommended for children over 4 years old and children under 3 years old are free.

In the Plaza del Paseo de las Americas, in Belgrano, you will find two playgrounds. In one of the playgrounds, there is a castle for the kids to climb wherever they want, a slide and many games and challenges. The second playground has a jungle theme and a skate park.

There is an entrance fee that allows children to play freely for two hours and each adult accompanying a child gets in for free.

5. Nature Library
The Biblioteca de la Naturaleza is the children’s library of the Carlos Thays Botanical Garden in Buenos Aires.

There are many options for Easter activities indoors, but there is nothing better than enjoying Easter with children outdoors and surrounded by nature, even in the middle of the city of Buenos Aires.
Did you know that you can also visit the main greenhouse at the Botanical Garden? It is beautiful and children and adults love it.

6. Take them to jump without stopping
If you want the kids to jump high and have a great time, the aerial parks are an excellent option. Now, if you prefer a more bouncy proposal, trampoline parks are ideal to release energy and have a great time. Many of them also have spaces adapted for children who use wheelchairs.
