The Buenos Aires Stock Exchange offers free concerts in Buenos Aires in the hall where trades used to be conducted and securities and commodities were negotiated aloud. This hall has ideal acoustics, which is why it’s the venue of choice for these free concerts. The concerts take place every Friday from March through November; they’re open to the general public , and you’ll find everything from classical music to tango, jazz, and folk music. The Circulo Naval has beautiful halls where it hosts free concerts, usually featuring classical and chamber music. As we mentioned, they’re completely free and open to the public—you just need to reserve a spot via WhatsApp and arrive on time. Check out their cultural offerings and sign up.
The Borges Cultural Center is one of the city’s most important cultural centers, and among everything it offers, it always has free concerts. Lots of jazz, but also folk, tango, and classical music concerts await you. These events are free, but you have to go pick up your ticket in advance (tickets are distributed starting two hours before the concert).
The Buenos Aires Law School offers concerts every Saturday at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. in two of its halls. It’s an imposing and spectacular building, so just imagine a concert in any of its halls.
