From September 15 to 17, 2026, burger lovers have a must-attend event. Burgermanía returns for three days, and the top names in Buenos Aires’ burger scene are waiting for you with never-before-seen offerings at super-affordable prices. This year, 2026, is the Signature Edition.
What’s new in the “Signature Edition” of Burgermanía 2026
Under the theme “Signature Edition, ” this year’s challenge is for each participating restaurant to craft a brand-new, exclusive burger—created especially for the occasion and fully representing its identity. As always, you won’t be eating alone: each creation is served as a combo meal, accompanied by a side of fries and a drink.
Burgermanía was launched in 2018, bringing together 8 burger joints and 2,500 brave souls. The phenomenon has continued to grow, and after breaking records in 2025 (with 75 participating restaurants and 40,000 attendees), this ninth edition promises to establish itself as the culinary highlight of 2026, featuring restaurants not only from Buenos Aires but from across the country.
How the festival works and how to buy my combo
You’ll be able to view the participating menus and purchase your combo in advance through Passline. When you make your purchase, you’ll choose the burger joint you want to visit and the day of your visit. Once payment is complete, you’ll receive a QR code. When the date arrives, head to your chosen location, scan your QR code, and enjoy your limited-edition burger!
