1. Peruvian seafood cuisine at Grau Cebichería

Hours: 12 to 00 hs
On January 1, Grau Cebichería opens its regular hours with a proposal focused on Peruvian coastal cuisine, fresh products from the Argentine Atlantic and abundant portions to share. The Abasto location stands out for its refrigerated fish tank, open kitchen and spacious ambience, ideal for families and groups.

2. Italian dishes and brunch at Ciro.

Hours: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Ciro opens on January 1 with its Italian-inspired proposal, ideal for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. The menu includes Italian pastries, sandwiches, main courses and artisanal gelato. The brunch is one of the hits of the house, with sweet and savory versions, specialty coffee and complimentary sparkling wine (also in keto version).

3. Premium burgers and open air at Williamsburg.
Hours: from 12 noon
The New York-style burger joint is open all day with its full menu of premium burgers, combos with fries, veggie options, kids menu and soft ice cream. The Paseo de la Infanta location adds an outdoor patio and an urban aesthetic ideal to start the year in an informal way.

4. Smoked and ribs at Ribs al Rio.

Hours: from 12 noon
All branches open on January 1st with its proposal of smoked ribs by the hour, sandwiches (brisket, pulled pork, ribwich), Texan side dishes and drinks. An ideal option for lunch, snacks or dinner outdoors.

5. Peruvian banquet and Nikkei fusion at Kamay Casa Gardel.
Hours: 12pm to 5pm and 7pm to midnight.
In Pasaje Carlos Gardel, Kamay welcomes you with a menu that combines Peruvian Creole cuisine and Nikkei fusion, generous dishes and affordable prices. There are cebiches, tiraditos, anticuchos, rice, sushi and signature cocktails, in a space designed for sharing.
