Burger Palusa 2026: The burger festival celebrating spring in Buenos Aires
On October 2 and 3, we’ll be celebrating not only the arrival of spring’s warmth (will the nice weather finally stick around in October?) but also Burger Palusa 2026, where burger joints in Buenos Aires have prepared special combos at promotional prices so everyone can join in the celebration.
In 2026, Burger Palusa returns with the National Competition to choose the best burger in the country. Who can vote? Everyone who tries the burgers, along with a panel of renowned experts in the field.
Don’t forget. This year’s Burger Palusa kicks off at noon at the Palermo Racetrack and also features masterclasses, live music, and grills fired up for 12 hours, where some of the biggest names in Buenos Aires’ burger scene will be cooking up a storm.
Burger Day: National Competition—and You’re the Judge
In the Federal Competition, burger joints from across the country will compete to determine which is the best burger at the festival.
When you buy your ticket to Burger Palusa, you can choose the exclusive “jury” ticket to become a judge, taste the burgers in the competition, and pick your favorite. The burger that gets the most votes wins the People’s Choice Award. The official jury, made up of experts and influencers from the burger scene, will announce at the end of Burger Palusa which burger wins the Best Federal Burger award.
Which burger joints are joining this October’s Burger Palusa?
Don’t miss this year’s edition on Friday, October 2, starting at 6:00 p.m., featuring a musical closing performance by Hernán and La Champion Liga. The event continues on Saturday, October 3, as a full-day event starting at 12:00 p.m., with expanded capacity and a closing show by Nuestro Romance.
Throughout the festival, you’ll be able to stroll along the Burger Walk, featuring local and international offerings:
