If you love that Parisian vibe found in so many corners of Buenos Aires, from September 23 to October 4, you can explore Buenos Aires as if you were in Paris, because every corner of France comes together at the French Foodie Festival “Cuisine”—a culinary tour that invites you to step right into the French workshops, bakeries, and kitchens of Buenos Aires.
Want to learn how to make croissants? Visit a goat farm or learn how to make your own mousse? All of that is possible during this French culinary festival, which offers an interactive itinerary featuring 12 exclusive experiences. The idea? To demystify French haute cuisine and experience it through its true protagonists.
A festival featuring 12 experiences in 12 French-inspired spots in Buenos Aires
Over the course of nearly two weeks, you’ll be able to create your own itinerary based on what appeals to you most: from learning the technique for the perfect croissant to sharing a table with renowned chefs and learning from them.

From September 23 to October 4, you can reserve your spot for any of the festival’s 12 French culinary experiences. Some are already sold out, but there are still plenty of activities available to create your own culinary journey. You can choose from many of these:
- Secrets of the Centennial Bakery: Breakfast at L’Epi with its founder, Bruno Gillot, touring his 1911 wood-fired oven.
- A classic dinner with a signature twist: Chef Christophe Krywonis opens the doors of Mon Poulet to put a new spin on the great icons of French home cooking, such as onion soup.
- Get your hands dirty with dough and chocolate: Hands-on workshops to master the art of chocolate mousse (at Morris Mousse), the technical art of making macarons, and artisanal chocolate-making.
- Wine and cheese tastings: A pairing tour to sample 10 varieties of French-style cheeses made in Argentina, along with tastings led by sommeliers.
- Appetizers and fine perfumery: A culinary demonstration on the ritual of the aperitif with Chef Jérôme Mathé, and a unique olfactory-gastronomic experience that connects aromas, dishes, and fragrances.
- Grand finale in the countryside: On Sunday, October 4, the tour heads to the Champs Elysées Farm (in Mercedes) for a French-style picnic, featuring goat milking and an outdoor tasting of artisanal cheeses.
