It doesn’t matter if you have a folding bike, a casual bike, a racing bike, or if you prefer to come on rollerblades, a skateboard, or a scooter—the only thing that counts here is the desire to ride.
70 kilometers, 20 neighborhoods, and zero competition: Join the massive bike ride in Buenos Aires
This massive bike ride isn’t a race. It’s a recreational outing at a “leisurely pace,” designed to be enjoyed with family, friends, or on your own—a chance to get to know Buenos Aires’s huge community of cyclists.
The route is 70 kilometers long, passing through about 20 Buenos Aires neighborhoods. The map of the route connects to the Costanera Sur, runs along the banks of the Riachuelo, continues along the service road of General Paz Avenue, and connects to the Costanera Norte to complete the loop.
Cycling for a Cause: Charity Drive for Barracas
In addition to promoting sustainable mobility and health, the Buenos Aires Olympic Bike Tour invites you to contribute by bringing a non-perishable food item. All proceeds will be donated directly to the Comedor Micaela, located at the El Conventillo Cultural Center (Quinquela Martín 2252, in the Barracas neighborhood).
To participate, just bring your bike on Sunday, September 27, at 8:00 a.m. sharp to the meeting point at the corner of Av. Azucena Villaflor and Av. de los Italianos (Tango Monument, Puerto Madero). Participation is open to everyone and free of charge.
