The Arborea Magna: the new species of the city of Buenos Aires
The Arborea Magna is a monumental sculpture that pays homage to nature. It is a work of the artist from Rosario, Nicola Costantino and when you pass by the River neighborhood and near the stadium you will not be able to miss it because it is very tall.
Besides visiting it during the day, you will also be able to visit the Arborea Magna at night and see it in its illuminated splendor. Every Saturday at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m., free of charge and without prior registration, this guided tour immerses you in the world of this majestic tree and allows you to discover its nuances and meanings.
At nightfall, the 34 meters of this new attraction of Buenos Aires comes to life with 754 light bulbs, transforming it into a stunning visual spectacle. It is made up of more than 17,000 ceramic pieces.
When to attend the guided tours?
Just show up 15 minutes before the tour starts and keep in mind that it is suspended in case of rain.
