Are you running out of excuses to get out and enjoy dining al fresco and beat the cold? Problem solved, because on August 8 and 9, the Palacio Libertad in Puerto Madero is hosting a new edition of Cocina Abierta, this time dedicated to the cuisine of Córdoba, Santa Fe, and Entre Ríos, with free admission.
Free Tastings and Chamamé in Puerto Madero
A new edition of Cocina Abierta is coming to the Palacio Libertad —a series that celebrates the flavors of Argentina and each of its regions, with free admission. On August 8 and 9, the series is dedicated to the cuisine, products, and culture of Córdoba, Santa Fe, and Entre Ríos. You’ll be able to sample products from different provinces, participate in talks with experts, and discover a wide variety of products from each region.

For this edition, get ready to sample wines, artisanal cheeses, cured meats, preserves, nuts, chocolates, jams, and alfajores. With its tastings, talks, and regional products market, it’s part of Cocina Abierta, a culinary series where Argentina’s regions showcase the best they have to offer in terms of food—and, in this case, beverages.

Cocina Abierta is the perfect event to enjoy Puerto Madero outdoors and discover new flavors for free every month.
