This summer in Buenos Aires a new immersive experience is added to make you feel like you are in the pyramids of Egypt without leaving Buenos Aires. Keops’ Horizon arrives at La Rural, the augmented virtual reality proposal that, after passing through the great capitals of the world, finally arrives in Buenos Aires on December 17.
This is the Immersive Experience that takes you through the Pyramids and Ancient Egypt without leaving Buenos Aires: virtual reality, a mummification ceremony and even a walk along the Nile.
In The Horizon of Cheops is an expedition that invites you to enter the heart of the Great Pyramid of Giza through state-of-the-art technology: you will go through impossible walls, discover hidden corridors and walk through millenary chambers that were part of one of the most enigmatic civilizations of the planet.
This immersive experience is designed for both children and adults to feel like walking through Ancient Egypt without leaving Buenos Aires.

The exhibition reconstructs not only the Pyramid of Cheops and even a mummification ceremony. The tour starts with a virtual flight over the plateau of Giza, continues with a panoramic ascent to the highest point of the pyramid with a 360° surround view and continues through corridors and real chambers.
If this tour is not enough for you, you will also visit the queen’s quarters and finish with a trip along the Nile River, where the tribute to the pharaoh Cheops is recreated.
The Cheops Horizon was developed in conjunction with a team from Harvard University, which ensures that every texture, every dimension and every scene is backed by archaeological research.
