The brutalist tower of El Eternauta was created in 1968 by architects Alfredo Joselevich, Alberto Ricur and Luis Caffarini, and has 240 apartments distributed over 30 floors. Each apartment has a view of the Río de la Plata.
The idea behind this design was that every inhabitant of the tower would have the same view, wherever they were. In addition, the semicircular structure allows to take advantage of natural light and to create common spaces surrounded by gardens. The main areas are located in the curved part of the building, while the kitchens, laundry rooms and services are located in the concave sector.
