During October and November, the Fernández Blanco Museum and the Larreta Museum are transformed into stages for you to enjoy unmissable plays in the open air and under the stars. The garden of the Larreta Museum and the Palacio Noel is the perfect setting to enjoy this outdoor theater season in Buenos Aires. This is the program.
Theater under the stars: Porteño museums that open their gardens at night in this cycle of outdoor plays.
When the sun goes down, two of the most beautiful museums in Buenos Aires come to life. At the Fernández Blanco Palacio Noel, the cycle “Mujica Lainez: El salón dorado” invites you to immerse yourself in an intimate theater among neocolonial columns and stained glass windows. The performances are every Saturday in October and November at 8 pm and turn this 20th century palace into a perfect space to enjoy a night of pure culture.
In Belgrano, the Larreta Museum offers a different but equally interesting experience: Danza de la vida breve, El concurso and Un enfermo imaginario take the Andalusian garden as a stage. The performances of this open-air theater cycle take place outdoors, among fountains, paths and scented orange trees. And besides seeing good theater, you will discover two beautiful museums of the city of Buenos Aires.
