In this competition, six expert smokers gather in Buenos Aires and compete for the coveted Best Smoker award.
In the Smoking Championship, each one will showcase their skills with the grill. The perfect setting for this event is at Costanera, next to the Río de la Plata.
During the day, you can also participate in informative talks with experts in smoked food preparation while enjoying the sun and the views.
The Federal Smoking Championship will also have two award ceremonies :
First, a gastronomic jury will select the Smoker of the Academy, the favorite among the experts. Then, the public will choose the Best Argentine Smoker 2026.
Your ticket to the Federal Smoking Championship includes a tasting of six dishes of exquisite ribs of different types, accompanied by French fries, a drink, and the right to vote for the best smoker in the country.
