Once a month, the Recoleta Cultural Center invites you to something a bit unusual: a surprise movie screening, a film shown in its auditorium where you don’t know what you’re going to see. This October, the date is …
A free surprise movie awaits you every month at this Recoleta cinema: Find out the date of your October movie outing
The Recoleta Cultural Center’s surprise movie is an experience that takes you on a journey through the creative universe of classic, innovative, or fringe filmmakers; it’s a film series where you’ll be able to explore their themes and ideas in movies that, in some way, connect with their creative world.
The films selected for the monthly surprise screening revolve around reality but question how we perceive it and how we understand what is true. From worlds filled with spatial journeys to reflections on loneliness, the absurdity of everyday life, or metaphysics, each screening is designed to surprise you.
From science fiction to thrillers, comedies, melodramas, and musicals. Walking into a theater without knowing what you’re going to see is a way to rediscover the most fun side of cinema. The surprise movie series offers you exactly that: the chance to stumble upon a blockbuster or discover an unexpected gem that will leave you spellbound.
Admission to the Recoleta Cultural Center’s surprise film is always free. This September, the screening is on October 18 at 4:00 p.m. Reserve your tickets online at EntradasBA to secure your seat.
