Pausa Palooza is a festival where you can disconnect from the city, immerse yourself in nature, and enjoy relaxation and wellness activities on an island in the delta. No prior experience in any discipline is required. The grounds are divided into different zones (movement, meditation, relaxation, and socializing) so you can create your own path and enjoy the day at your own pace.
Plus, with your ticket , you get free and unlimited access to all these experiences: Yoga, Yoga Flow, Acroyoga, Stretching, Tai Chi, and Mindful Movement classes; Constellation sessions; Reiki with sound therapy; Art Therapy; and Thai couple massages; special guided meditation with Handpan music; and live art. You’ll also find a local entrepreneurs’ fair, chill-out areas by the river, live music and DJs with ambient lighting.

The meeting point is in front of the Dique Luján Prefecture. From there, the festival has its own exclusive boat that ferries you back and forth continuously throughout the day, with no fixed schedules or delays.
