A new edition of the Carne! festival is coming. Barbecue and meat in all its forms and cooking styles returns to Buenos Aires, as always, at the Palermo Racetrack. Mark your calendars for March 14 and 15 from 12 p.m. to 11 p.m. Admission to the Carne! Festival is free.
What can you find at the Carne! Festival?
At Carne!, there will be more than 30 stands and food trucks where you will find a huge variety of grills and grilling styles: Creole barbecue, kamados, fire pits, smokers, and all the meats you can think of, from beef, pork, and lamb to offal and, of course, varieties of chorizo.
Even if you’re not a meat lover, you can try empanadas, picadas, and other delicious vegetarian dishes, all accompanied by fine wines, beer, ice cream, and traditional desserts.
In addition, this edition of the Carne! Festival will also feature attractions for children, so you can enjoy this weekend with your family.
What do I need to know about Carne!?
Admission to the Carne! Festival is free, so there’s no excuse to miss it. And if it rains, the festival will be postponed and automatically moved to the following weekend, at the same time.
Don’t miss the opportunity to eat excellent food, enjoy a weekend outdoors, and eat like never before in an incredible setting at the Palermo Racetrack. Add it to your weekend plans.
