The 2025th edition of the Carne! festival is coming. Asado and meats in all its forms and types of cooking come back to Buenos Aires, as always, at the Palermo Hippodrome. Schedule yourself on Saturday March 22 and Sunday March 23, from noon to 11 pm. Admission to the Carne! Festival is free.
What can you find at Carne! Festival?
Carne! will have more than 30 stands and food trucks where you will find a huge variety of grills and grilling styles: asador criollo, kamados, fogoneros, smokers and all the meats you can think of, from beef, pork and lamb, achuras, and of course, varieties of chorizo.
Even if you are not a meat fan, you can try empanadas, picadas and other delicious vegetarian dishes, all accompanied by good wines, beer, ice cream and traditional desserts.
In addition, in this 2025 edition of the Carne! Festival you will also find attractions for children, so that you can enjoy this weekend with your family.
What do I need to know about Carne!
Carne! Festival is free admission, so there are no excuses to miss it. And if it rains, the festival is suspended and automatically moves to the following weekend, at the same time.
