How to travel in the historic cars of the Subte A during the Night of the Museums 2025 Get on the Bruges!
The tour of the antique cars on the Night of the Museums is between Peru and Acoyte stations, with an approximate duration of 40 minutes. During the ride, a specialized guide tells you how it was to travel in the early years of the subway and reveals curiosities of these centenary cars, declared Cultural Heritage of the City.
Why the old cars of the Subway A are called Las Brujas (The Witches)
Because they were manufactured by the Belgian company La Brugeoise et Nivelles. These cars circulated for almost a century, from 1913 to 2013, and it was the first subway line in Latin America. Line A was inaugurated on December 1, 1913. Its wooden design, original lamps and period details make every trip a true museum experience in motion because the Las Brujas are preserved exactly as they were in their beginnings.
