8. Free movies, workshops and more at Centro Cultural Recoleta.

During the winter vacations, the Centro Cultural Recoleta transforms itself with free activities for the whole family. The programming includes theater, music, workshops, cinema and performative tours that combine art, play and urban exploration.
🎭 Theater, music and circus for children.
Every day at 5 pm at the Chapel, children’s clown shows, musical theater and live bands are presented. Highlights include “Sopa de payasos”, “Coté en concierto” (ideal for children from 2 to 7 years old), “Mecache Rock” with its children’s rock proposal, and the musical tribute to María Elena Walsh “Amores o no amores”. All shows are with free admission, on a first come, first served basis.
🎨 Creative workshops and animated films
At 3 pm in the Drawing Room, workshops invite you to experiment with art from different cultures: Korean kites, illustrated Portuguese sardines, 3D dragons, and characters with animated eyes.
