What you will hear at this outdoor concert at the Buenos Aires Planetarium

La Orquesta Filarmónica de Buenos Aires a la altura de la gran obra de Mahler
For almost an hour, you will be able to listen to a wonderful repertoire that begins with the Overture to Rossini’s The Barber of Seville—one of the most recognizable pieces of opera—the Waltz of the Flowers from Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker, Beethoven’s Coriolan Overture, and Dvořák’s Slavonic Dance No. 8.
The most Buenos Aires moment of the night comes with the section dedicated to Astor Piazzolla: Adiós Nonino, Decarísimo, and Fuga y misterio, arranged by José Carli. The finale is by Alberto Ginastera with the Dances from the ballet Estancia. Mariano Chiacchiarini will be the musical director.
Free admission on a first-come, first-served basis
