That is exactly the premise of Pérez Celis’s *La Pampa Cósmica*, the immersive video installation that was a huge hit in its previous edition and returns starting September 2, 2026, at the Palacio Libertad (formerly CCK).

What Is “Cosmic Pampa” About: The Palacio Libertad’s New Immersive Experience
The starting point for the immersive exhibition is Pérez Celis ’s “Pampas period” (the 1960s and 1970s). Back then, Pérez Celis had a sort of revelation: “I discovered that we Argentines had the universe right there in the Pampas, just as far as the eye can see.”
Building on that idea, the curators of the experience created a “time capsule,” where Pérez Celis’s paintings disintegrate and transform into giant pixels that are projected and completely take over the Immersive Room: lights, intense colors, movement, and an original soundtrack that sets the rhythm and guides you through the images.
What’s new: an expanded exhibition
Here comes the best part and the big news for this September 2 reopening: the exhibition returns in an expanded version. In addition to the digital journey, this time there are 10 original paintings by the artist on display in the adjacent room (Room 206).
Like most events at the Palacio Libertad, you don’t have to spend a single peso to enjoy this fantastic outing: admission is free and open to the public, with no prior reservation required.
