A celebration of aromas, culture, and flavors right in the heart of La Rural
Over two days, you’ll be able to stroll among more than 100 exhibitors from four continents and meet 40 producers from countries like Brazil, Colombia, Congo, and Venezuela face-to-face; you’ll learn the story behind each bean directly from the producers and savor varieties you’ve never tasted before.
In addition to exploring the fair, this September event invites you to learn everything about the art of making great coffee, with 20 free workshops designed for the general public, where professionals will teach you to master methods like V60, Chemex, and Aeropress—or take your first steps in coffee tasting to feel like an expert.
As an unmissable new feature, this 2026 edition includes a guided pairing experience featuring Argentine coffees and wines.
Between cups, you’ll also be able to enjoy a curated exhibition of 40 visual artists inspired by coffee, attend talks on trends and health, or watch live as two baristas simultaneously strive for the perfect brew.

At the Central Island, you’ll be able to enjoy unlimited tastings of single-origin beans from around the world and witness the highest level of coffee craftsmanship during the National Barista, Pour-Over, and Latte Art Competitions.
This year, the coffee fair is introducing a brand-new feature: a guided pairing tasting that combines the country’s finest wines and coffees. And to round out the experience, a themed art exhibition.
