Candlelight concerts are revamping their schedule in Buenos Aires with four tributes dedicated to Argentina’s musical DNA in a string quartet format. - Tribute to Charly García: a journey through the discography of the national rock icon. Anthems such as “Seminare,” “Rezo por vos,” and “Demoliendo hoteles” will be performed, adapted exclusively for string quartet.

- From Pop Music: Gustavo Cerati’s music arrives with a program that revisits his time with Soda Stereo and his solo career. The program includes “Té para tres,” “Crimen,” and “En la ciudad de la furia,” reinterpreted by a string quartet.

The concerts take place at key venues throughout the city, such as the Margarita Xirgu Theater, the Chapel of La Salle School, and the Asturian Center. The performances are presented by the Ámbar Quartet, which is joined by bandoneonist Nicolás Enrich for Tangos Clásicos.
It’s important to remember that tickets are sold online only. Performances are usually on Fridays and Saturdays, and punctuality is key: you cannot enter once the show has started so as not to disrupt the candlelit atmosphere.
