Buenos Aires is already on vacation and to all the vacation events and activities that invade the city is added the Winter Festival: from Monday, July 21 to Sunday, August 3, do not miss a new edition of the Winter Festival, a free cycle full of cultural activities for boys and girls in different neighborhoods of Buenos Aires.
From theater performances and magic shows to puppet shows, circus, dance and music, you will be able to enjoy these winter vacations for free and without leaving your neighborhood. All activities are free of charge and admission is free, until the capacity of the theaters is reached.
Winter Festival in Buenos Aires: More than 1,000 free winter vacation performances in these outstanding venues
1. Adán Buenosayres (Parque Chacabuco)
Focusing on children’s theater, this venue offers during winter vacations classics such as Aladdin, Hercules and Little Red Riding Hood, as well as proposals that address issues such as environmental care and healthy eating. There will also be live comedy with the show of Los mellis and shows such as Les Bartulés and La cocina de Giorgio.

2. Marcó del Pont (Plaza Flores)
This cultural center is located in a colonial mansion that combines history with art, ideal if you want free activities during the vacations. During this winter festival, theater, magic and clown plays are presented. Highlights include Audaces, una aventura de película, Entramar and Música para crecer, ideal for children.

3. Chacra de los Remedios (Avellaneda Park)
The Chacra de los Remedios is an open-air space perfect for circus shows, acrobatics, juggling and humor. Among the must-sees of this Winter Festival in Buenos Aires are Circo Wow, Bésame Show, Entre risas and the interactive proposal Hacer jugar, which invites you to discover toys made from recycled materials.

4. Carlos Gardel (Chacarita)
The Carlos Gardel Cultural Center is near the Urquiza Railway, and during this winter festival in Buenos Aires, it offers a billboard that includes plays for the whole family such as Abran cancha, aquí viene Don Quijote, Tutti Musi and La Momia y la búsqueda del disco solar (Open the field, here comes Don Quijote, Tutti Musi and The Mummy and the search for the sun disk).

5. Julián Centeya (Boedo)
A few blocks from San Juan and Boedo, this cultural center in Boedo has many free activities during the winter vacations in Buenos Aires. Its program is dominated by humor and theater. Some of the highlights are El inmigrante, Bochincherías and BOLA… dame bola! by the artist Mister KLO.
