The Jewish Theater and Cuisine Festival is back with Special Sessions and traditional dishes after each performance.
After each performance, you will find talks with the casts and important chefs who will present their reinterpretation of typical dishes of Jewish cuisine. Each dish was designed specifically for each play.

Ingue is a German Jew who flees the war and crosses the Atlantic to find her family in the Argentinean Pampa.
Cooking: Vero Shisvé of Shisvé Cuisine.
👉Ingue Bowl: cabbage coleslaw, Pampean schnitzel in the form of milanesa sticks and, as a vegetarian alternative, cheese sticks. Homemade mustard, chickpea salad, Turkish rice with yogurt sauce and homemade bread.
