What will you find at the Asado y la Empanada Festival?
In this festival, the asado is the protagonist. You will find more than 35 stands and food trucks: from choripanes to ribs, including rump tails, bondiolas, matambres, achuras, vacíos, entrañas, pamplonas and ojo de bife, you will find your cut for sure.
But this is a festival of asado and empanada, so you will also discover empanadas representative of all the regions of Argentina, each one with its own ingredients and flavors.
There are the classic salteñas to the typical empanadas from Jujuy, Tucumán, La Rioja, San Juan, La Pampa, Chubut, Santa Cruz, Santiago del Estero or the Litoral.
Accompany this festival with a great pairing.
The Festival del Asado y la Empanada will feature a selection of wines from Mendoza, craft beers and classic drinks such as fernet and vermouth. Excellent Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon for carnivorous pairings, as well as beer to accompany your empanadas.
