But this is a festival of asado and empanada, so you will also discover empanadas representative of all the regions of Argentina, each one with its own ingredients and flavors.
There are the classic salteñas to the typical empanadas from Jujuy, Tucumán, La Rioja, San Juan, La Pampa, Chubut, Santa Cruz, Santiago del Estero or the Litoral.
