Fugazzeta has its own food festival (it’s about time), and what better place for such a food festival in May than the La Boca neighborhood. On May 23 and 24, the Fugazzeta Fest comes to Buenos Aires, an event that blends food, history, and culture with free admission.
A festival for fans of the most authentic Buenos Aires-style pizza
For two days, May 23 and 24, Buenos Aires celebrates Fugazzeta Fest in La Boca. The festival dedicated to the most authentic Buenos Aires-style pizza brings you six traditional pizzerias where you can enjoy fugazzeta, fugazza, and fainá, among other specialties.
The fun doesn’t stop at the food: there will also be beer, vermouth, soda from a siphon, soft drinks, coffee, and sweet treats to round out the experience. This festival is held in one of the most iconic locations: near Caminito and La Bombonera.
Joining the Fugazzeta Fest is the Circuito Pizzero, a tour of different neighborhood spots that connects gastronomy, culture, and history.
