The Botanical Garden Fair is a free event—two days in the sunshine to enjoy one of the most beautiful gardens in Buenos Aires, buy plants, discover flowers, and spend an incredible day surrounded by nature.
If you’ve never been, the Botanical Fair is much more than just a plant exhibition: for two days, the Carlos Thays Botanical Garden transforms into a space for learning, inspiration, and outdoor enjoyment, where you can chat with experts and enthusiasts who share their love for botany and caring for the environment.
At the Botanical Fair, you’ll find more than 20 booths where you can discover a wide variety of gardening ideas, plants, and flowers—ranging from roses and orchids to succulents, potting mixes, and everything you need to make your garden or balcony shine with nature.
You’ll find plants grown right here at the Botanical Garden, orchids, aromatic herbs, and seeds of various species, as well as organic products and tools for soil and plant care.
Of course, there will be no shortage of specialized books, as well as sales of potting mix, planters, stakes, and decorative items. Don’t miss the hands-on workshops and open talks on sustainable gardening, biodiversity, and everyday eco-friendly practices! All activities at the Botanical Fair are free and open to the public.
In case of rain, the fair will be rescheduled for October 3 and 4.
